PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT The purpose of this document is to inform you on our lawful handling of your personal information in accordance with Art.13 of the Italian privacy law 196/03 for the safeguard of persons and other entities in the way private data is handled. 1. Type of data treated We handle personal details (place/date of birth, residency etc.) and bank details to the extent that they are needed to fulfil current or future contractual relations between us; as well as your e-mail address which you may give us at the time of your arrival. We do not collect and are not in possession of any information on you that may classify as ‘sensitive-data’ or ‘data of legal nature’ (in accordance with Art. 4 comma d) and e) of the Italian law 196/03). 2. Use of personal data collected A. Consent is not necessary for the treatment of data for the following ends: I. Processing data in relation to contractual necessities or the fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations therein; and to ensure efficient running of our financial and commercial relations. The private data which you provide us with will be held and handled for the duration of the contractual relation and beyond that to meet legal and regulatory requirements, and for administrative and commercial ends; B. Ends for which prior consent is required: I. Processing information regarding business data for the specific ends of sending promotional material, market research or for direct marketing by means of electronic systems (automated recorded message systems without operator intervention, fax, e-mail, MMS, SMS, or other electronic communication systems) II. Processing information about private persons with the specific ends of sending promotional material, for market research, or for direct marketing 3. Manner of data treatment Data is mainly processed using electronic processing supports, employing appropriate and effective equipment and procedures to guarantee safety and privacy even whilst using technologies such as the internet. Data is processed and stored using paper and electronic supports. Data treatment includes all those operations or complex of operations of data gathering, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, interconnection, usage, blockage, deletion, destruction of data in accordance with Art.4, comma 1, lett. A, necessary for the above processing, including communication and disclosure 4. Obligations and Options in transmitting data It is mandatory for you to provide us with the data necessary to meet requirements of Italian law; to comply with norms and regulations prescribed by the European Community, and requirements given by Authorities and bodies of surveillance and control. Failure to provide such data on your behalf will result in the impossibility to begin or continue contractual relations between us, the data being indispensable for the execution of the contract (eg. Invoicing) As far as other information is concerned, its transmission is optional. Failure on our behalf to obtain such information from you will be valued on a case-by-case basis, and may determine subsequent decisions, according to the degree of importance for our organisation of the data requested and not obtained. 5.
